Return policy

(Return Policy) Each product is made specifically for our customers immediately after the order is placed, which is why delivery to the customer may take a little longer. Manufacturing products on demand rather than mass production helps reduce overproduction, so thank you for making thoughtful purchasing decisions!

To withdraw from the contract without giving any reason within 14 days, please follow the instructions in the WITHDRAWAL FORM The Buyer bears the cost of returning the goods, i.e., the shipping costs. 1. Claiming Defects in Goods
The Seller is liable for defects in the goods, and the Buyer is obliged to claim defects in the goods immediately with the Seller according to these general terms and conditions – within 30 day period when the product should be returned. The Buyer has to submit the request using the Return form (which you can find on the website too) within 7 days. The day the complaint meeting all the requirements according to this complaints procedure is delivered to the Seller is considered the day the complaint is lodged. If the goods were not delivered properly or show defects, the Buyer – Consumer has the right to lodge a complaint in writing or by email to the Seller. The Buyer – Consumer must clearly specify the type and extent of the defects in the goods or the manner in which the defect manifests. Please, use the Return Form on the website for returning goods that correspond to the reasons specified in Return policy and have the nature of goods that can be claimed/returned. We do not accept returns of sealed goods, such as face masks. The Consumer is liable for any decrease in the value of the goods resulting from handling the goods in a manner other than what is necessary to establish their nature, characteristics, and functionality, or if the goods need to be cleaned after being returned by the Consumer for reasons of health or hygiene protection. The Consumer is liable for the reduction in value even if such cleaned goods cannot be sold as new goods but only as used goods. The Seller is not liable for:
  • Delayed delivery of goods caused by the transport company,
  • Delayed delivery of goods caused by incorrect information provided by the Buyer – Consumer,
  • Damage to the shipment caused by the transport company,
  • Non-delivery of goods due to unforeseen circumstances.
The Seller will provide the Buyer – Consumer with written confirmation of the defect claim immediately after the defect is raised by the Buyer – Consumer (confirmation of receipt of the complaint), stating the period within which the defect will be rectified, which must not be longer than 30 days from the date the defect is claimed unless a longer period is justified by an objective reason beyond the Seller’s control. If the Seller denies liability for the defects, the reasons for the denial will be communicated in writing to the Buyer – Consumer. The Seller’s liability for defects in the goods supplied applies to all defects, except those caused by the Buyer, particularly improper transportation, storage, handling, non-compliance with instructions in the user manual, on the product packaging, or other documents supplied with the goods. Upon receiving the goods, the Buyer is obliged to check the quantity of the goods received, physical integrity, and completeness of the shipment. If the shipment or its packaging is visibly damaged or destroyed, the Buyer must contact the Seller immediately without accepting the shipment and make a record of damage to the shipment with the courier company. Other defects must be claimed in writing with the Seller no later than two months after the defect is discovered, and no later than the end of the warranty period. The Seller is liable to the Buyer – Consumer for any defect that the sold item has at the time of delivery and that manifests itself during the warranty period. The warranty period for defects in the sold goods is 2 years from delivery. The warranty period for defects in sold goods that are used is agreed to be 1 year from delivery. In case of replacement of goods for reasons specified in the general terms and conditions or complaints procedure (damage, defects, faults, etc.), the Buyer – Consumer must return the goods and place a new order. The adress for returns will be provided by the Seller via email. The Buyer – Consumer is entitled to a reasonable discount from the purchase price or may withdraw from the purchase contract if:
  • The Seller did not repair or replace the item,
  • The Seller did not accept the item at his expense or did not ensure the removal and installation of the repaired item or replacement item if replacement or repair requires removing the defective item, which was installed in accordance with its nature and purpose before the defect appeared, resulting in the Seller not repairing or replacing the item,
  • The Seller refuses to remove defects if repair or replacement is impossible or would require disproportionate costs considering all circumstances,
  • The item has the same defect despite repair or replacement,
  • The defect is of such a serious nature that it justifies an immediate discount from the purchase price or withdrawal from the purchase contract,
  • The Seller has declared or it is apparent from the circumstances that the defect will not be removed within a reasonable period or without causing significant inconvenience to the Buyer – Consumer.
The Buyer cannot withdraw from the purchase contract if they contributed to the defect’s occurrence or if the defect is insignificant. Further details on exercising liability for defects and the Buyer – Consumer’s claims are governed by the Civil Code. If an extended consumer warranty is expressly provided for a specific product (in the warranty certificate or advertisement related to the sale of the product), under which the Seller undertakes to refund the purchase price to the Buyer – Consumer, replace or repair the sold item, or ensure its maintenance beyond the scope of the rights arising from liability for defects according to the law, or a consumer warranty on the item’s durability, the conditions of the specified consumer warranty also apply to such goods.
